In the September 1992 issue of Acorn User Nick Craig-Wood's Number module was made available as an educational resource. After some years of trying to maintain it, I have given up. For anybody who likes wrestling with ARM assembler enough to take it over, the sources are available from my website http://www.wra1th.plus.com/riscos.html.
Partly to atone for this I have upgraded RiscLua by adding the GNU bc-1.06 arbitrary precision arithmetic library, and removed the doubles library. The new version of RiscLua is downloadable from http://www.wra1th.plus.com/lua/ as usual. The examples download contains a directory bc showing how the bc library can be used.
