Difficult to say, because Marvell's own information is not clear (see their CPU history). Marvell Marketing calls all new ARMs "Sheeva", but I think the single issue ARMv5 variants like the Kirkwood are actually XScale-derived while the dual-issue ones like the Discovery Innovation are Feroceon-derived.

There's been some debate over what Sheeva actually is, and whether it has anything to do with XScale.
