PrintPDF integrates the PDF creation capabilities of GhostScript (which is required) with the RISC OS printing system.

PDFs can be created by any application that supports printing: just print to the PDF driver. PrintPDF supports the various optimisation and encryption facilities offered by GhostScript, including passwords.

PrintPDF is freeware, and is written by Steve Fryatt.
