Well, according to the site something in the form: <nowiki>{{{fieldname|}}}</nowiki> should appear as blank, and <nowiki>{{{fieldname|something else}}}</nowiki> should display the something else. When I was testing it, it just showed everything after the bar, including trailing braces. |

Also the whole thing is positionable with CSS. It expects to find a class: "infobox bordered", which the current stylesheet doesn't have, but I'm planning on bringing up stylesheets in a separate comment at some point. |

This is looking good :)
What's intended for the "footnotes" bit? I suspect any general/extra information about the program could just go in normal wiki text under the template?
How about a Description entry in the tempate for a one-line description?
Is there any way to change what happen when items in the template aren't present? An image, for example?
