Talk:How to edit
If you think a page should exist, but you don't have time to create it, link to it anyway. People are far more likely to fill in blanks if they can just follow a link than if they have to edit links all over the place.
I'm not sure I agree with this. From a user's (as opposed to a contributor's) point of view, arriving at a blank page is just very frustrating. Adamr 18:32, 30 Jan 2007 (GMT)
I think users of Wikipedia quickly get used to the idea that red links don't exist while blue ones do, so I'd expect users to get used to this idea here too... Caliston 12:57, 10 Mar 2007 (GMT)
Style Guide
These are the 6 or so most pertinent wiki style guidelines lifted wholesale from another Wiki I contribute to. They do help provide a more professional tone, but the RISC OS wiki house style is obviously subject to agreement with other contributors here. Hope I haven't duplicated work already done - I did do a search first. The 'Tone' and 'Sign' bullet points are new RO-wiki specific entries. Simon Smith 01:17, 21 May 2007 (BST)
