RISC OS Startup error fix

There is a fix for RISC OS startup errors.
1a. If you are using a Pi, check to see if the SD card is compatible
1b. If you are using another device, make sure the file is not compressed.
2. If both options don't work, make sure nothing inside the file is corrupted. If it is, replace it.
3. If that does not work, then try redownloading the file.
4. If that does not work, try flashing it with Etcher.

I think this advice would be more useful if you specified which file you are referring to. What is Etcher?
