Broken assert() in libscl

At some point __eprintf() was removed from libgcc.o. This has caused
libscl's assert() to stop working, since it is mapped onto __eprintf().

Instead of reinstantiating __eprintf(), would it make more sense to use
__assert() instead? It's provided by the Shared C Library, and judging by
the header __eprintf() is an __assert() substitute anyway.

Cheers,

Jeffrey
