In addition, I've removed all the RISC OS specific filename handling
from 'ld' since it's no longer required.

I've done similarly for drlink, although a little remains because it has
to deal with wildcards.

This means that drlink is much more flexible in the range of filenames
it accepts, and no longer requires 'ld' to massage them for it.
