[gccsdk] Using Dynamic Areas

Hi,

How do I enable the use of dynamic areas for my app, rather than the
default use of the wimpslot (GCC3.4.6)?

Sorry, I realise this is a simplistic question, but I can't find the
answer anywhere! The unixlib "Usage" file has a discussion of when to
use each method, but I can't see anything that actually says /how/ to do
it!
