[gccsdk] Autobuilder build report

All the games now build.  None, however, have been tested
in their latest incarnation.  I won't do any uploads until then.

GTK1.2/GLIB1.2 have been removed, as they're no longer in
Debian.  This affects a couple of things, which I'll try
and address in due course.
