This is just a plain scp command.  So the assumption is that
your username under cygwin matches that on riscos.info.  Ideally
also, you'd have to keys setup, so there wouldn't be a password
at all.  In practice, you Cygwin username is your Windows one
too, by default, so might have caps and spaces in it.  It is
possible to change this, but I don't recall the steps offhand.

Otherwise, the script could easily be modified to take a username
argument.
