Thanks for the help and cross checking.  I've done some minor finetuning
here and there and sent again the CMunge changes we've made so far to
Justin Fletcher (cfr cmunge/Docs/Copyright requirements).

I would like to give myself and anyone else a day or so for further
checking and finally release this.

I expect slightly faster build times as the main ELF binaries are smaller
(when UnixLib remains in memory).

I don't have a strong opinion whether we should change this.  I do
have sympathy for Alan's point of why we should have our own cake and
eat it.

I guess you can do this by building a static cross-compiler
("./built-it -static") and a shared library enabled RISC OS native
build with that cross-compiler ("./built-it riscos") but I don't think
I've tried this before.  It could very well be that this can be done with
less effort.
