[gccsdk] Problems building crosscompiler

I can see this too.  My main machine will probably be Debian for a long
time, but I'm looking to convert my other desktop, and I've had a number
of headaches with 9.10.

Yes, unfortunately none of the bugs I've found listed the fix, so I'm
a bit stuck.
