pango, cairo and fontconfig all build on RISC OS, but ultimately, fontconfig
makes assumptions about font resources and files that don't meaningfully exist
on RISC OS, so any such program will fail quickly.

I last looked at this over a year ago, and it looks like all 3 libraries need
to be updated, although sometimes only certain combinations are used.

This blocks everything GTK2: Firefox 3, Gnumeric, Abiword to name a few and
various SDL games: latest Wesnoth and some other stuff.
