[gccsdk] libpng12-0 patch

I notice the libpng12-0 has had a patch to png.h added to
get it to compile.

I believe that what should have happened is that instead
of this patch, the updated apng patch should have been
used. I've tried this on my machine and it allows the
png library to build.

Is it OK for me to remove the png.h patch and old apng
patch and add the new apng patch? Or is there a problem
with this approach that required the png.h patch?

The apng patches are matched to the version of the png
library, which is why I believe the build failed.
