[Rpcemu] CD-ROM support on OS X 10.7.2

Hi Mike,

Worked for me using RISC OS 4.2 on 0.8.9 running on Lion. 

Broke my install trying to upgrade to RISC OS 6 point something from CD. But that's a whole other post ;)
