That probably me, at some point bringing in a rpc.cfg file from a working
install, to suck it and see.
Anyway, I started again with a completely blank rpc.cfg file, booted
RPCEmu from cold, set the Settings-Configure and Networking, and I've
pasted the new .cfg file above to replace the old one.
So everything in it, is as configured from scratch by this RPCEmu.
But it still doesn't make any difference to the Non-Networking problem.
