The following is a list of ARM-based System-on-Chips (SoCs) that either have been used in RISC OS machines, or are potentially suitable for RISC OS machines.
ARM250
The ARM250 is the first ARM SoC, and is based on an ARM3 core without cache (effectively, an ARM2) clocked at 12 MHz, combined with a VIDC1a, a MEMC1a, and an IOC1.
