!Clib breaks Acorn C/C++ on sight

It does, however note that there isn't any particular reason you should
be using it right now.  It shouldn't be using C$Path at all.  However,
the existing Boot file without your change is currently the best
solution, as C$Path can be reset by running !SetPaths.
