Unixlib rebuild speedup

If a single object file in unixlib is changed, the rebuild can be quite
lengthy, as every object is reinserted in the the library.

Changing the rule to:

	$(CROSS_AR) -i $@ $?

>From the large number of $(CROSS_AR) ... rules will substantially
decrease the rebuild time.

However, this brings back the problem with cygwin. Anyone want to work
out a better way to do this?
