Task for someone

You may recall some time ago I did entries for /etc/magic so you could
use the 'file' command to recognise RISC OS binary formats. Well, I did
submit them to the maintainers, but they were ignored and recently
someone else's have been put in - which is probably for the best, as
they were better.

However, they don't determine if the binary is 26 or 32-bit APCS. Anyone
feel like improving the situation?
