[gccsdk] Problems building libxml with autobuilder on Ubuntu

.la files are textual files used by libtool.  If you need to do a manual
link for whatever reason, then you'll want to refer to the .a filename.
Of course, this is the autobuilder, so this probably points to a problem
building the current version of gnash.
