I can not reproduce what's mentioned in Comment 2 on RISC OS 4.39.  What I can

- RISC OS 4.39, SharedUnixLibrary 1.11, system("gcc"): stdout gets lost
- RISC OS 4.39, SharedUnixLibrary 1.12 (!), system("gcc"): works (!), and this
after change r5025.
- RISC OS 6, SharedUnixLibrary 1.11, system("gcc"): works

I aware of the following case not working : when using a SCL compiled program
which gets exec'd with system(), even with SharedUnixLibrary 1.12 and this on
RISC OS 4.39 as well, the stdout gets lots but its cause is entirely different
than what has been fixed with r5025.
