[Rpcemu] Chocks Away emulation a little speedy

Many thanks Bryan, Theo and George!

That’s good to know. I had selected a hardware profile in RPCEmu (“Risc PC - ARM610”) and had thought perhaps cycle timings would have been taken from this choice, but if emulating cycle timings is not feature, no worries at all.

The second issue I had is that unlike on the original hardware, the mouse pointer crawls up the screen when displaying the game menu, despite the mouse being still (you can see this in the video clip) and that the pointer is restricted to a specific region of the screen (I can make a separate video to demonstrate this, if desired).

I wanted to raise this as it may be due to an inaccuracy in the emulation, rather than because I want to play this particular game. It is nice to play it, of course, but that wasn’t really my motivation. :-)

I’m also happy to get involved making a fix, if that helps, although I would need a little bit of mentoring to get started.

Many thanks again!
